Price: The price you pay is that current on our website in sterling at the time of purchase, apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We accept most credit cards through our partner 2CO.com and Google Checkout. We do not process cards ourselves or take phone orders. Why? Because this way we have zero fraud problems. Further payment options are available in Checkout.
Shipping And Handling: We use Royal Mail for small orders, UPS and other major carriers for larger orders.
Tax Charges: 17.5% VAT will be applied to all orders shipped within the EC (20% from January 2011). We cannot supply aerosol products outside of the EC.
Privacy Policy: Sperex.co.uk and Matra Magic do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy: We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If you wish to make a return please email us. Returned goods must be carefully wrapped and insured as necessary as we cannot take responsibility for goods damaged in transit back to us.
