These brass bushes replace the original nylon ones.The worst offenders for making the gearchange sloppy are the top hat bush at the base of the gearstick, the ball and socket joint at the back of the car.If there is still too much play once these are changed, then fit an engine bay ball and socket kit and new brass bushes to the relay.
